RETURNS POLICY
All items sold on annemyne website are currently digital products and/or services, and therefore final sales. We cannot accept returns or cancellations, unless there is a manufacturers flaw or it is damaged on arrival – see below on Damages.
All returns are subject to pre-approval on a case-by-case basis.

DAMAGES (only applicable to physical products)
When the order has been delivered, personally inspect the delivered items and note any damage on the delivery note before signing for it. If there is an problem with the order, please contact us before the driver leaves your premises. Any damage must be noted on the delivery note presented for signature.
In addition to inspection upon delivery, please report any shortages or damages within 24 hours from the time of receiving your merchandise in writing via e-mail. Please explain the problem or defect and include photographs. annemyne shall not be liable for any defects or damages to the items whatsoever if customer fails to give notice in writing to annemyne or after the expiry of this period.
Any approved damaged returns will be shipped via our couriers free of charge. If it is subsequently found that the returned merchandise is not defective or damaged, the customer will be liable for all shipping costs and an appropriate handling fee.
annemyne shall not be liable for any other direct or indirect losses that the defect or damage may cause.

RETURNS PROCEDURE (only applicable to physical products)
Please ensure that defects or damage to the items are noted on the delivery note upon inspection, failure to do so may compromise your ability to return damaged or defective goods.
Contact annemyne and report damage before courier service leaves.
Should there be a problem with your order and it needs to be returned, you will need to log a return request at annemyne, within 24 hours after delivery.
Please submit photographic proof and provide full reasons for return. annemyne cannot accept returns for any reason other than manufacture defects of damages on arrival as the Items are special order items.
Should annemyne be of the opinion that your product is returnable we will contact you to arrange collection.
Once the return has reached our premises, the product will be inspected before the return is processed for repairs.
Save for necessary repairs or replacement and shipping costs where applicable as set out in our terms and conditions, annemyne shall not be liable for any damage, injury or loss howsoever arising in connection with defective or damaged Items.
PAYMENT TERMS
annemyne makes use of PayFast and accepts Instant EFT as a payment option and is available to ABSA, FNB, Nedbank and Standard Bank, Capitec and Investec.
These payments are processed by your bank and provide a secure transfer for immediate payment. Your order status will be updated once payments reflects in the nominated annemyne account.
Your order remains valid as an offer until we issue our Confirmation of Order email.
annemyne shall not be obliged to supply the product to you unless your order has been accepted.
Unless expressly stating that annemyne accepts your order, an email, letter or other acknowledgement by us is purely for information purposes and does not constitute the confirmation of an order.
annemyne will, at all times do our best to ensure that the price given to you is accurate, but the price of your order will need to be validated by annemyne as part of our acceptance procedure. If the price for the order changes before we accept your order, We will contact you and ask you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the amended price.
Please be aware that risks exist when using Instant EFT as a payment option. annemyne has taken all of the necessary precautions to minimise risk for the customer, however there do exist fraudulent third parties who may intercept your payment and/or obtain your banking details, please ensure that you remain vigilant and confirm all the necessary details.
annemyne will not be liable for any fraudulent interceptions. If the purchase price is not paid to us due to interception by fraudulent parties, or any other reason, we unfortunately will not proceed with the order.
